As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping swimming pools clean, properly maintained, and ready for the communities that rely on them throughout the swimming season.

No pool experience? No problem! We provide training to help you learn the job, develop practical skills, and build confidence in your role.

What You'll Do

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance concerns.
• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.
• Help ensure pools are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Pay & Opportunities for Growth

• Starting pay: $19 per hour, with compensation that may increase based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

Enjoy an active, outdoor role with a schedule that changes throughout the year.

• Off-season: Primarily weekday work, with a more flexible schedule outside the peak swimming season.
• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

You'll need to be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and adapting to seasonal service demands.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• A dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and take pride in their work.
