Ready for an active, hands-on job that offers something different from a traditional indoor workday? AquaTech Pool Management is hiring Commercial Pool Service Technicians in the Charlotte area.

You'll help keep commercial swimming pools clean, properly maintained, and ready for use throughout the swimming season. From balancing chemicals to monitoring equipment and completing routine maintenance, you'll develop practical skills while making a difference in the communities we serve.

No previous pool experience required! AquaTech provides training to help you get started and build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.

• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.

• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance concerns.

• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.

• Help maintain clean, well-cared-for pools for residents and guests.

Pay & Opportunities for Growth

• Starting pay: $19 per hour, with compensation that may increase based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Off-season: Primarily weekday work, with a more flexible schedule outside the peak swimming season.

• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.

• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors in changing weather conditions, and adapting to seasonal demands.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years of age.

• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.

• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.

• A dependable individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and take pride in delivering quality work.
